![]() ![]() There are some apps I don't wish to have blocked, especially Google Apps which lose functionality when blocked with AG. Also, AG has a big pro in allowing me to select which apps actually get blocked. I don't know if I will be sticking with Disconnect for long if the battery life continues to be bad. It is cleaned up entirely with Disconnect. Ads still showed up in TV Show Favs under AG. I use a show called TV Show Favs, including their widget. ![]() But Nielsen is just for listening data, right? That's no big deal, but Disconnect is still blocking those connections. My Spotify is already ad-free listening so I'm not sure what exactly it's blocking from loading. I'll give it a few days to test it out on Disconnect.ĭisconnect is also blocking Nielsen ratings and a few other stuff from the Spotify app. I don't watch a lot of YouTube so I don't know if this is truly effectively blocking YouTube ads, which AG doesn't do. With Disconnect alone and no AdGuard, the app is still fluid with no ad spaces with the ad whited-out.ĭisconnect is picking up Google services in YouTube as well. AdGuard is picking ESPN ads too, but Disconnect seems to be picking up the leftovers. When running AdGuard with Disconnect, Disconnect is still picking up what I assume to be the extraneous ad services. Disconnect does not and it looks cleaner. AdGuard blocks the ad but leaves the ad space still there. When I look through the list of what all Disconnect has prevented, I see quite a few things different. ![]()
